What is a P.R.P. Breast Lift?
The P.R.P Breast Lift is a simple and non-surgical procedure to naturally enhance the breasts and cleavage area and rejuvenate breast tissue.
The following photos are from a patient who received a P.R.P. Breast Lift and documented her results:
This picture above was taken before the treatment. Note the ripples from the patient’s breast implant showing through in the cleavage area.
This picture was taken 3 days after the patient received a P.R.P. Breast Lift.
This picture was taken 3 months after receiving a P.R.P. Breast Lift.
Who is a good candidate for the P.R.P. Breast Lift?
Women who want to enhance and rejuvenate their breast and cleavage areas in a natural-looking way are great candidates for a P.R.P. Breast Lift.
Women who have had breast implants for a few years and want to re-enhance their breasts and cleavage without additional surgery are excellent candidates for the P.R.P. Breast Lift (see above).
The P.R.P. Breast Lift also helps correct inverted nipples, and restores sensitivity to the nipple area, as well as reducing scars and stretch marks.
Women looking to add a full cup size or more to their bust should still look into surgical breast augmentation.
How does it work?
First, the doctor draws some of the patient’s blood (just like a blood test)
Afterwards, the doctor isolates the platelet-rich plasma from the patient’s blood by spinning it in a centrifuge.
The Dr. activates the platelets to cause the platelets to release at least 8 growth factors that would normally be used in wound healing. These growth factors are very effective at increasing new blood flow and collagen production.
These isolated and activated growth factors are injected into the breast by the physician. Afterwards, unipotent stem cells become activated to grow new tissue.
This new tissue includes: new collagen (for volume), new fatty tissue (for smoothness), and new blood vessels (for a healthy glow).
How Long do the effects last?
The full regenerative/enhancement effects of the procedure happen over a few weeks to a few months, as your body grows new tissue and collagen, but some of the benefits start immediately after a P.R.P. Breast Lift.
Our office recommends getting additional treatments after 12 to 18 months (or longer, depending on age and health factors) for maximum effect.
